I highly recommend comfort cars. Affordable prices and amazing service. Quick paperwork. At first I was very skeptical about booking a car thRough them. But after using the car for 2 weeks all around Europe I am truly satisfied with their services.

We have taken a car few times.No issues so far.Everything was smooth.Cars are good.You get what you pay for.Its cheapest in Brno.

Really happy with the service, you can get a really good price, depending on what care you choose. They also bring it to you and take it from you ( only in Brno and if you rent for more days ). Everything was ok and the price was really a good deal.

Great price. I'd say the cheapest car rental around.Unfortunately due to a miscommunication our car wasn't available so instead of a Skoda we got an old volkswagen up. This is a solid car by itself. But unfortunately the tires were completely used up, this was very noticeable when braking. I think the brakes were also used up, because the car would shake violently whenever we'd brake gently. The car was also a bit dirty but for this price we did not mind so much.Next time we hope to get the Skoda we asked for. This little incident is not something that keeps us from renting there again, we will rent there again, and who knows, I might just update this review!Edit: i see that some reviews here mention poor communication. I do not recognize this at all. The communication was fine, and the people who work there seemed very kind and helpful.

Prices are normal. The car I booked was not in good condition especially the interior. I hope their other cars are in better condition.

Was renting a car for 9 days. Very good experience from the beginning till the end. Very affordable prices and very good cars. All the insurance is covered to travel across Europe. Totally recommend !

London traveller review.Amazing service, can't recommend enough and I normally dont like renting cars. Its really good value, nice people and so smooth and easy, they will drop off the car to you if you like.We, the melons we are locked our key in the car, they drove 30 mins out and opened it for us for No Charge whatsoever.FYI, the office looks a bit of a dive, but dont let that put you off and slightly dated cars, but they work smoothly and dont have a million confusing buttons.Honestly, if you are renting a car in Brno. Go here.

Rented car was given to me (in dark on airport carpark) with 3 dash lights on.As I didn't have other options for the day I had to accept it. The drive was not good. 3rd gear was not going in smoothly and would make horrible noise every time you would try to use it. Next day morning I could see clearly the car is in bad condition just from looking at it. It had some spare parts just placed and forgotten on the windscreen front by the wipers. It was not possible to turn off the wipers anyway and battery was drained.I called the company. They came to collect the car and refunded me all money including some money I put in in petrol. Hence 2 starts. So for that I was very greatfull but car like this should never have been rented out.The young men delivering and collecting the car were obviously trying their best but standard of provided car was not satisfactory for 21st century for EU country.I would not try to hire again from this company.If I would have scheduled some appointments for the next day I would have been totally screwed.

We asked for cheapest option and we got skoda fabians, little dated but fully functional and operational. Now for the best bit, these guys delivered and picked up the car in our locations,even 30km far from them for very little charge.100% will use again,great customer service.
