Unfortunatelly ,very bad experience. Come there, they hadn't any clients, it was around 11 morning. Ladies there pretended thety cannot see me, just spoke to each other. Just after my look on SBS guy one of them started to pretend that she see me and told me to sit without any Please, Welcome, Good day. She was poisoned with doing anything and all the time played with nails and played with fake eyelashes. Never ever again! There are better offices of Unicredit, but its not this one!

The worst bank ever!They charged me 1% from an incoming transfer in foreign currency from abroad when the sender requested Al the expenses to be paid by their side.Now they charged me 3% for transfer between my USD account both in CR. AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO THE FACE THAT THEY WONT CHARGE ANYTHING.They’ve also blocked my account twice during last year after I’ve presented all the requested documents!I strongly recommend everyone to leave this bank!

First of all, their exchange rates and service fees are robbery. Maybe I would excuse this but when I opened my UniCredit account several years ago the service was good. I don't know what has changed but I cannot wait to never deal with these people again. I get the feeling they get tremendous pleasure at being unhelpful and saying no. My NPS for UniCredit CZ would be -10. Maybe I would recommend then to an enemy. Probably not. Truly terrible service, cannot wait to close my account and never deal with this bank again.

Moc spokojená s touto pobočkou. Chodím do banky asi jednou za rok a dneska jsem to zvládla za cca 15 minut. Ve srovnání s mou první pobočkou tady všechno bylo rychlo a zdvořile)
