Good place, meet and clean just staff is rude and racist.

Worst penny ever. Everything really expensive. Just go few steps ahead and you will find tesco inside commercial centre.

Long slow queues, small choice of vegetables, fruit and meat

The old guy who is so called security, is very intrusive and impolite. He is racially targeting people while they are shopping and following them on evey step. Unfortunately I'm having this experience every time. Once he stopped me on the self serve cashier and accused while shouting at me for stealing as i forgot to take the receipt. Luckily I went back and found the receipt proving that i have paid for all items. He is targeting non white individuals and walking after them in a very intrusive way. Unfortunately he doesn't speak any English otherwise i would ask him what is his problem. In any other civilized country, this would be considered as unacceptable.I will avoid doing any grocery in this market, its so horrible experience!!!

Average goods - local and second brands mainly. Can cover you need in general. Not that much if you search for some brand in particular

A quick one-line assessment of the supermarket: Checks out all the check boxes from the bucket list of what one would expect out of a discount supermarket, especially a Penny store.The products are of good quality and price! Staff are very friendly!

It has a good location and queues are not big. Prices are good too!

When I came to this local supermarket I struggled with the automated cash as the code on package I wanted to buy wasn't readable and cash was not able to read it. Next to cash was standing a security staff member eating his bread. I asked him politely who can help me with the issue. I was surprised by his reaction as he told 'Go away from me! I will not help you' and turned his back towards me continuing eating his bread. Subsequently I contacted Penny head office and informed about the rude performance of that staff. I stressed I'm aware that security is not staff doing sales but that I believe that it still should stick with some basic rules how to behave. After few days I received answer from Penny head office (Ms.Hangurova). She mentioned that as this behaviour is not associated with sales person everything is all right in harmony with local standards. Unlike Ms. Hungerova from Penny headquarters I believe that rudeness is not 'standard' behaviour anywhere even for security staff.

They don't have everything but they have the necessities. The maze like design moves people through with natural flow until you've forgotten something and have to swim upstream through the people.
