6 months of constant 15 second disconnects every minute for hours on end, every week, 3 modems, no further solutions provided, and staff tries to be helpful but is unable to due to miles of red tape and incompotent upper management. Forced to swap to competitors but seeing CERIT shares the network with everyone and refuses to expand capacity despite this, I can't even be sure if this will help. After several months, Vodafone let me know they have no such technicians so I will have to find my own, so don't believe their 'just call us', I've spent more time on the phone with them than I had internet connectivity (slight hyperbole).

The store is located a few blocks between the main square and central transportation hubs. I came in to inquire about plan option and Thomas exceeded my expectations. He clearly explained the options and showed me how to navigate the online platform for self-maintenance (English version available). He found a plan that was cheaper than what I found online.Thomas was so helpful that I dropped my current plan early to sign up with Vodafone. There were five clerks working and I was fortunate to have him. Due to the excellent customer service, I will maintain the plan during my time abroad as it includes free roaming within Europe.
