Norma comes in at about the bottom for supermarket shopping experience in Prague. It's ok for basics.

The store looks disgusting, there is a mess and terrible chaos in the placed goods. The cashier looking and speaking like Russian Georgian or Armenian was rude and disrespectful, yelled at customers for nothing, having no ideas about proper customers service. I don't recommend to come in this store.
