Very disappointed with the customer service. I booked for 9am but the guy started working on the tires 25 minutes later. Valve caps missing afterwards, no sorry/reason provided. In their website they say the service is 800 Kc but they charged me 1000. No justification was provided for the extra 200Kc. I'm not going back

Never again. I just want to say, Jenda auto service is shame of good mechanics and service. After 2 days and half waiting for estimate price of banality fixing motor wipers (two hours of working time) and after making two calls by customer he says price will be around 8000CZKfor exchange wiper motor and we need fix wiper levers also.(that car have 40 000km}. And he actually doesn't know what we exactly need to fix it and also says this is just for maybe one year fix because he knows that car is not in high priced (Renault Clio) and he want to safe money so he can fix that for 5000CZK. After I says I want my car back immediately he change that price for 2700CZK and no need to fix wiper levers. that's so cool ..

Extremely rude service! They literally kicked me out and refused to change my tyres for asking to pay by card and needing an invoice for a company.PS! They don’t speak English, I had someone to translate

I like the online booking system and that I can pay by card now. So far I bought new tire sets plus installation for 4 of my cars. Ballance was always good and the bolts torqued correctly. They work fairly fast. The tire prices are competitive. It would be nice to offer cheaper/free installation when the customer is purchasing a full new set of tires. I used to own a tire shop myself and I know that's doable. Just something to think about ;)
