We arranged for a rental of Krakovska Terraces apartment through Prague Stay Apartments. In the early evening on our first night, after unpacking our luggage, grocery shopping for the week and settling in for our 7 night stay in Prague, we returned to the apartment and there were ants all over the kitchen countertops, cutting board, knife, stovetop and dish towels as well as under the area rug in the living room and on the hardwood floors in the living room. We immediately called the reservation agent who we had been working with at Prague Stay Apartments and told him that we could not stay in the apartment due to the ants The reservation agent tried to help us by searching the inventory but he could not find a 3 bedroom apartment large enough for our family of 5 adults as all of their apartments were booked. Through contacts with another rental agency, Prague City Apartments, he found a 3 bedroom apartment which was available however the other apartment was approximately 25% higher in cost. In an effort to be cooperative, we offered to split the difference between the cost of the two apartments and were told that it was up to the manager at Prague Stay Apartments to approve any credits we would receive. We expressed that we did not feel that we should bear the full financial responsibility of the substituted apartment since the additional cost was a result of the bug infestation in the Prague Stay Apartment. With the expectation that at least portion of the extra cost would be refunded to us, we moved to the more expensive apartment. The arrangements were finally confirmed by 10 PM and we packed up our belongings and arranged for 2 taxis to move us to the next apartment. By 11 PM we moved to the new apartment and unpacked ourselves again. I left a message for the manager at Prague Stay to call me the following day. Having received no reply the following day, I called Prague Stay Apartments again and left another message asking to speak with the manager. In all, over the course of the following 7 days, after leaving several phone messages, I never received a phone call back from the manager and I never spoke with the manager of Prague Stay Apartments. Instead, I was told by the reservation agent that the manager said that there were not “that many ants” to which I responded asking how many ants would be acceptable- as ants covering the counters, utensils, stove, on and under the carpets in the living room is seemingly acceptable to the manager at Prague Stay. I did have several conversations with the reservation agent who continually stated that the manager agreed to various small credits, I was assured that the credits had been approved and would be posted to our credit card on file in their office. Customer service is apparently not a concern for Prague Stay Apartments. I told the reservation agent that we would write a bad review about their agency if we were unable to resolve this. Ultimately even though we received many assurances that credits would be issued, we did not receive a single credit and we never heard from the manager of Prague Stay Apartments. In sharp contrast, it was easy and a pleasure renting from Prague City Apartments where the apartment was lovely and the management cared whether their customer were satisfied.

I stayed in Glass Rooftop Apartment for a weekend and I would like to thank the whole team of PRAGUE STAY for an extraordinary experience that they provided me with.The apartment had an awesome view, it was neat and tidy, cooled by air-conditioning (good to have during summer times) and communication with PRAGUE STAY team was excellent, especially with Dan and Ljupco. Great travel experience, from the booking, the airport transfer and a very nice apartment. Communication with Desanka was impeccable and she took care of all our needs during our stay. Thank you 'Prague stay' for this lovely experience, we really enjoyed Prague!

We rented one of Prague Stay's luxury apartments" in january. The apartment was easy to find and the keys have been handed to us by the doorkeeper of the building.Our booking agent arrived shortly after we unpacked our travel bags

I stayed in the Wenceslas Terrace Apartment this last weekend with a group of friends and we loved it! Great location, cool design apartment – spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious terrace – the view of Prague's skyline was incredible and luckily for us the weather was ideal. Not only was the apartment gorgeous, the service was perfect – easy check-in and easy communication with our agent beforehand. I look forward to returning to Prague again and I will definitely use Prague-Stay and their Krakovska Terraces residence.

I really enjoyed staying here with my wife for 2 nights. The flat was clean and comfortable. Besides, there was no problem in terms of transportation. It was also nice to get in touch with Desanka when it is needed like asking some reccomendations to enjoy Prague. We highly recommend the flat to stay.

I'm frequently using Prague Stay services, for my business trips to Prague. I have stayed in few of their residences and no mater which one you choose you'll find the same level of standard. Style plus design equals perfect livingThese apartments look like luxury hotel suits with all the fancy stuff like high ceiling doors, big bedrooms and even bigger bathrooms. Even the Hair blower in the bathroom was perfect and girls took only couple of minutes to blow dry their wet hair. Dining room with enormous table acomodates group of 10 easily. All this in gated building with 24/7 reception.
