We put in the coins in the coffee machine and did not receive our coffee. After reporting it to the sales clerk they accused us of not paying for our coffee even though their machine was clearly defective and we did indeed pay for it. The staff was extremely rude. Good coffee and in perfect place for me. But it is still just a gas station with acceptable food and quite good coffee.

disgusting attitude at the gas station! they cheat at the checkout, if you don’t have crowns and there’s no way to pay by card, the rate is calculated on the calculator! for 20 liters of gasoline 95 they took 40 euros (2 euros per liter, at a rate of 1.5). also the administrator behaved inappropriately there, shouted at us

Friendly staff, as it's usual for Czechs, and fast service. However, foreign language knowledge is lacking quite a bit.

We kindly asked to 3 different staff members if they heat up the baby bottle, they told us to pay for it. The staff was very unpleasant and cheeky (06/08/2017 at 6:50)

I purchased coffee latte at the gas station. I got the token for the coffee machine. It turned out that milk was out and I got a cup of black coffee instead. The assistant refused to offer me another coffee, instead she advised to purchase a creamer.
