Supermarket BILLA

It was a very good visit. Clean, fresh food and appreciated the attractive discounts. An elderly employee managing the self-pay saw me in queue and called me over and assisted me with scanning my goods and teaching me how to use the system. I thought that was very cool. She did not speak English but her expression and body language told me she is a very friendly and helpful lady. Good work Billa.

The fruit selection is gfeat, nice and clean shop. There are quick self service stations as well. The bakery choice all right.

The best Billa branch I have visited

I like shopping at Billa but lately I am not happy with the atmosphere.But today I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I went to Billa with my kid and my husband and when we collected our goods when we were about to pay. One of the cashier girl. I remember the name since it was just few minutes ago (Betty G . Prodavčka )She basically threw the Checkout divider at my face! I was shocked. I did nothing but standing there. I looked at her face waiting for apology or find answers she didn’t say sorry or anything but she looked like she is satisfied not sorry. I did or said nothing I didn’t want to cause a scene.If you would please address this issue with your cashier, I would greatly appreciate it. In a new mall 2021.very large quality store, range of goods and meats /deli /bakery excellent.Definitely an up market supermarket, at normal prices. Plenty of free parking. We shop there.Next to a good Costa Coffee outlet, very convenient!
