The most trash coffee I’ve ever had in the Czech Republic. Flat white, more like daily cup of milk. No extra espresso shot even after asking and paying for it

I wanted to order coffee and dessert. While ordering my dessert, I was looking at the desserts in the glass, the cards were mixed up and the names of the desserts were changed. They misplaced my dessert and I told them to change it and I also told them to fix the cards. Employees were so rude they hung up. I was downright shocked.

It's busy most of the time and it's hard to find a place to sit. Anyway I like the coffee. Also, kind of expensive.

Nice almost cosy place with good coffee and cakes. Friendly and professional staff. Good for a quick coffee or small sweet breakfast or lunch.

The interior isn't half bad, the coffee is decent, the prices somewhat high. Overall I rate average with a polite staff that makes for the horrible air conditioning system that will grant you a free ticket to your local physiotherapist, being on top of you cooling not only your back, but your coffee as well.

A noisy place for a cafe, not very comfortable seating, the table is way too small if you want to get a coffee and work on a laptop. A latte is basically a glass of expensive warm milk. The baristas were nice though.

It was one of my bad work experiences of my life. In my life I don´t want to work in a similar type of chain cafes in future and I´ll not buy whatever there. The value of sold coffee isn´t equal the price. I know that workers aren´t trained here and some of them don´t know ratios of ingredient of individual type of coffee. Maybe they know what ingredient they should add, but they don´t know amount of it. So question from them medium or large is funny, rather embarrassing from them. Really I don´t recommend. If you want to support businessmans who really know coffee, I think there is another better cafe in town. In this coffee you remember get maybe about 2 centimeters more water to the cup, but it´s not quality coffee. So please let´s go support business, which deserve it.

Dear Costa Coffee,I’ve ordered one Medium Cappuccino. A Barista girl allegedly heard Ice Medium Cappuccino. Could you learn to understand the order? How did she hear “Ice”? Any explanations? Nobody said “Ice”. I've just said “One Medium Cappucino”. That's all I said. I got the right order after explaining the problem. Anyway, Medium Cappucino was tasty. Good cake and pretty decent coffee. But they might clean up a bit more often. The tables were dirty and wet with other people's spilt coffee.
