Personal was very helpful and polite. I was trying out an electric guitar and guy from acoustic section helped me as he saw electric guitar guy was busy. I could have tried the guitar undisturbed (sound proof room is available) and ended up buying the guitar. Also, the place looks great. Parking lot is there, but it's kind of hard to find, Google should be able to find it. I would recommend this place for casual shopping or for buying new guitars/instruments as well.

The staff is friendly and helpful, they also speak good English which is rare around here and it is something of a plus always for foreigners. For a guitarist like me you have a decent collection of instruments and gadgets specially acoustic guitars. Overall it is a nice friendly store/staff and a good collection.

A decade ago, Moravian cities were packed with music stores and pawn shops; now, this has taken over all of them. They sell stuff cheap and the young staff are customer-oriented, ready to produce a general piece of advice at any given moment. However, there is a gem hidden in the depths of this gigantic enterprise: the guy in the repair shop. I showed him my Strat, saying that the neck perhaps needs straightening. He looked at it, strummed a few chords and told me the axe is in great shape and if he were me, he'd just change the strings and leave it as it is. Music before profit. I left the place exhilarated.

So I was looking for guitar for camping, parties, and you can imagine... Guy in the shop was really helpful and friendly, I even found Czech made instrument for reasonable price. Also they have great selection of every string instrument type, from what I could see at the place.

Willingly helpful staff, but apparently not important enough to have enough staff to properly manage the demand for guitar servicing. Selection is OK but much of it is in Prague so it's hard to get a feel for what you're buying.

Great place for music instruments, microphones and other stuff you may need for your music gig. If you wanna try something they have also testing room and professional stuff so you can be sure you choosing right.Driving by car? No problem they have parking slots ready for you.
