I came to the clicic very very nervous. I am so grateful for the kind & professional staff who made their absolute best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed before my procedure! The procedure went smoothly and I cannot thank MUDr. VOTRUBOVÁ and her nurse enough. The clinic itself was clean with luxury feel. 5/5 :)

I had a breast surgery done at this clinic about 2 weeks ago and I can only share my positive experiences! Everyone there is super helpful, welcoming, warm and willing to listen to your wishes. The nurses at premier clinic are truly the best, I had such a positive experience with all of them but I would likely to especially mention Paja who was so caring and she took my fear of needles very seriously.Probably just one improvement to mention - some of pre surgery materials are not updated eg. The info patient has to come to clinic day before surgery. Also I had to request the preop instructions myself (I wanted to know what supplements to avoid already 2 weeks before surgery). However those are really small details, otherwise this was really smooth journey and I want to thank my surgeon Mudr Šandera and all the personnel at premier clinic. Amazing experience!

I have now used this clinic on 2 occasions and my experience has far exceeded my expectations on every level. Both occasions were organized by Svetlana at Medical Travel (who also booked my airport transport and hotel), and I couldn’t fault this service in anyway. The clinic itself is immaculate and beautiful, the reception staff all very pleasant, efficient and courteous as were the nursing staff very professional and courteous. The actual room was luxurious, remote controlled multi position bed, flat screen TVs, mini fridge, en-suite but all this aside, my surgeon Mt Sandera was the star of the show. I have minimal scarring following an abdominoplasty, the results are better than I could have hoped for, truly life changing and my breast uplift surgery has just completed everything I wished addressed. I am now happier and more confident than I have ever felt and I can’t thank him enough

Unfortunately do I have mixed feelings about PREMIER CLINIC Prague. I went 3 weeks ago for a (doctors) consultation and a possible treatment for my rosacea (and redness). First I am guided into a room with a lady who does not speak English. Therefore a translator (1 receptionist) needed to help out. Clueless what my concerns were and giving uneducated advice (I could only be treated when I have a rosacea flare up apparently). I told the receptionist after 5 minutes that I had especially booked a doctors consultation and this lady in front of me is most likely none. They checked and told me they made a mistake and did not book the appointment correctly. Back in the waiting area, I am assured to see the doctor. 30 minutes later I do. She is nice and pleasant, took her time to discuss and gave treatment options. We decided to treat a small area with a particular laser ( not necessarily what I wanted but I was ok with it). The treatment is unpleasant but tolerable. Afterwards I am red and slightly swollen, as expected.BUT WHAT THEN HAPPENED within the next few day(s) up to this day makes me furious. I woke up the next morning with one eye closed due tremendous swelling. My skin was very very red, swollen and on several spots burnt so much that my skin was oozing". I tried to be calm about it and took care of my skin the best I could ( I consulted with another doctor). After one week the swelling was better and the skin less red but I got worried since the downtime was said to be around 5 days. I called the clinic asking for a check up appointment with the doctor. They made it rather difficult (the doctor is busy) to get an appointment... Being assertive I got my "5 minute slot" several days after. The doctor then was understanding and reassured me that it will heal and I might have very sensitive skin (well

I had a reaugmentation with Dr Slaninka and I am very happy with the result! Thank you again doctor!After the first surgeon in Germany had botched my breasts...The only thing I experienced with premier clinic, was the anaestesia and overall organization of my surgery. I was called to be there at 7am and my surgery was at 3pm, so I almost died, without eating, they gave me intravenous liquids, though. And the anaestesia was so strong or must have been a bad mix for me, I threw up several times after surgery and had 2 weeks headache and sick feeling. Never had such a strong anaestesia before in my life!The ladies at the reception weren't caring, more self expressing with tons of make up and overall look...However in the hospital sector the nurses were all very friendly and caring.

Don't give feedbacks and references very often but this time I must share my satisfaction with this clinic and particularly with “always smiling” MUDr. Jana Votrubová, Ph.D.. In addition to being a professional in the field, she has a human approach to the patient and is very empathetic. Whole experience with Premier Clinic from first call to surgery/intervention was flawless – absolutely flawless. :) Nice, sweet, clean & modern environment with easy listening lounge music from speakers made the whole experience unique! To be recommended!!!

Last tattoo removal procedure was done by a very inexperienced trainee, without notifying me. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I have no personal feelings against this girl. Training should be done somehow. But the problem is that clinic ( doctor/ reception) doesn’t have any problem using their client as a experiment object. They don’t even bother to notify. Imagine you have a bigger procedure with full anaesthesia and all of a sudden, they decided that their inexperienced trainee does the procedure on you. WITHOUT notifying you. It could be a crime. The clinic should understand that this is NOT OK for the customer’s right. They have right to know what exact procedure will be done AND by whom. Frustrating experience. I paid the full price. Didn’t ask for a discount nor was offered. Never going back again.

I had a great experience today!The Clinic: smart, modern, immaculately clean. Also, nicely laid out, so no-one feels self conscious.Reception Staff: polite, welcoming, efficient and great English speaking. I didn’t have to wait long, even though there were several patients.The Dr: I saw Dr Votrubova, who gave me a lot of time in the consultation, definitely thought carefully about what she recommended for me, and gave me clear pricing options. I think the clarity of the consultation gave me a lot of confidence in their practice, and I went ahead with my first treatment.The Procedure: I had PRP in face and neck. Dr Votrubova and her wonderful South African assistant nurse were ultra professional in both the preparation and execution of the procedure. It didn’t hurt much (I’m a guy, so of course I made a fuss!). It went very smoothly and I’m already happy with the results.We also had a good laugh, and I never felt like ‘just a number’.Pricing is not cheap, but fair. The experience was 10/10 and I am going to book a few more treatments asap.Many thanks guys :)

I recently visited the clinic for plastic Surgery, and my surgeon was Dr. Vojtěch Šandera. He was very kind and professional, and advised me on the best treatments. I had a breast reduction and lift, and could not he happier with the final result.I briefly met my anaesthetist before the surgery, and he was also very nice, and helped put me at ease. Staff overall, were welcoming and helpful. And all the necessary health checks were carried out prior to surgery taking place.I travelled from the uk, and used an agency (mymedicalprague) who arranged everything on my behalf. My agent was named petr Limberg, and he was excellent and made the whole process very easy and straight forward.I can say with confidence that i felt in safe hands.I would definitely revisit for further surgery in the future. And highly recommend the Clinic, andDr. Vojtěch Šandera5 stars all round.
