I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the VARTA Silver Dynamic AGM 70Ah, 12V, E39, AGM battery that I purchased from your company one year ago. The battery has now stopped working, leaving me stranded and unable to start my car.I have taken good care of the battery and followed all recommended maintenance procedures, including regular charging and cleaning. Despite this, the battery has failed prematurely, and I am left with no choice but to replace it at my own expense.As a customer, I expect products to last for a reasonable amount of time, especially when they are marketed as high-quality and reliable. The fact that this battery failed after just one year of use is unacceptable, and I am disappointed that I have to deal with this inconvenience and expense.I urge you to take responsibility for this issue and provide a solution that is satisfactory to me. I would appreciate a replacement battery or a full refund for the defective product. I bought 100Ah battery, but then I realised,that I can code the car with few other capacity values, but not 100, so a week later I went to those guys and they replaced it with 110Ah one with no questions, I just had to pay the difference! Good prices, good staff!
