Disgusting. This “burger” is worth more than 5 bucks. Not worth it. You can get a whole lunch for that money in a local restaurant just around the block. The food was horrible and the personnel was nasty as always.

Service not bad at all, after paying we got our food immediately, food tasty, location on main square of Dejvicka right next to tram stop. 2 floor restaurant. Recommend this place.

The usual KFC, you can order on 4 screen at the entrance. There is a sink to wash your hands After the spicy wings. You Need a code for the bathroom, so keep your recipe

Save your time and energy this place is the worst. They always claim to not have a certain menu item because they are lazy. They ask you to change your order or wait 10-15 minutes so they don't have to make that food. When I did change my order they completely got it wrong and charged me almost double what my original cost was. Ive been here 4 times hoping for a change. Its always been the same. Some corporate official needs to go audit this place. Never going back!!

I got stomaches and diarrhea whole day after eating the wrapper with fries inside for lunch today. I actually haven't eaten anything else for the day. Pick a different place, people!

Waiting 15min to be served a simple cappuccino when there are 2 clients, me being the first. very bad service!!! If you are not ready to open at 8h and serve clients then don't open!! I had to wait 15min till they got ready at the cashier , then ordered my cappuccino and she forgot to give it while serving the other clients.. And we were two clients at that moment.Imagine what will be with more clients. KFC, respect your clients and don't waste our time if you are not able to provide decent service.

They increased their productivity so that's a plus. I recommend don't order any burgers and wraps, just go with chicken tenders and wings. They have to put one monitor at second floor to show the prepared orders.If you order burgers don't forget you have to wait at least 7-10 min up to 15 min.

Definitely the worst KFC in terms of Customer Service I have ever visited, the employees constantly scream at the clients and even fighting among themselves. After 11PM they turn off the screens so you have no other option besides ordering on the counter and guess what? The options are very limited, so they start closing the kitchen way before it is supposed to (they are supposed to take orders until midnight, the picture attached was 11:10PM when an employee turned them off. The picture was taken on June 18th 2022, I invite the owner to check the cameras). On the top of that, we received a broken twister and at least in 3 other occasions we needed to come back to pick up something that was missing from the order. This branch urges a decent Customer Service training.
