Really great.Service is impeccable. Really really nice and helpful reception personnel that will accommodate all your needs and special requirements. Reception is available until 9 pm every day which is great.There is room cleaning service every day which is awesome.We took the biggest apartment I think for a big family of 6 adults and the apartment was huge and beautiful. We had big dinners together and could comfortably prepare food in the kitchen.Our apartment was facing the church and had wonderful views.The only thing that bothered me was that there was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom as you usually find in normal hotels.All in all - Really recommended!

During our stay for a night there the water wasn’t warm enough and we coudn’t properly enjoy spa bathtub.After poiting that out to the manager later we were told that “this is not love hotel”. Wow. Pathetic service, me and my gf were shocked, never again.

Incredible location, room, and staff. If I ever come to Prague again, I'll stay here.

Amazing experience. We booked the Presidential suite for 6 people and we couldn't be more happy.The building is beautiful, with many paintings and some statues, and the apartments continue the style. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen, a dining table, a living room, and it had washing machine and dishwasher.The rooms were cleaned every day, and they even turned on the dishwasher for us.The location is excellent, in the middle of everything. About the noise, we were in the 3rd floor and there wasn't so much noise. Nothing unbearable. With the windows closed there's absolutely no noise.But the best of all was all the staff. Tereza, Zdenek and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and friendly. They even had a small gift for us when they found out one of us was turning 60!When we go back to Prague, we will book again an apartment in Malostranska Residence!

Great apartments with an ideal location and amazing views. Beautiful, old building (with an elevator) provides lots of extra space in the apartments,and lots of interesting details. Very clean. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The largest guest apartments in Prague! A special place in the heart of Prague's Old Town right on the Charles Bridge. The place staff is courteous and professional, the rooms are very clean, proximity to public transportation to anywhere in the city. Highly recommended for families.

Fantastic location, helpful and nice staff, big and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Amazing view :)Main problem - multiple issues with the WIFI (disconnects/slow), probably need equipment improvement to support the demand. One of the air conditioners didn't function well (some mechanical issue to open air path correctly). A lot of dust in air-condition filters.

Had a 2 bedroom luxury apartment for my daughters wedding..ideal location for pubs bars shops...tram passes front door 20min walk to city..All staff Brill...apartment lovely and clean..well appointed and equipped even washing up liquid..well done Denny and Zuzana, thanks for everything.

This was one of the best places that we've ever stayed. The location is excellent, walking distance to all the major attractions. There is a tram stop directly outside.We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It is gorgeous! The views are amazing. Very clean, well maintained. The apartment is well furnished and has pretty much everything you need. Beds are comfy. Tereza, the manager, was very welcoming and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Housekeeping did a great job. The building was also easy to find when we arrived. I'm so happy we booked this place for our 10 day stay in Prague. Highly recommend!I read some reviews complaining about noise outside. We were on the 3rd floor- it definitely was NOT an issue.
