Windows had stopped working, I went there with an appointment first thing in the morning and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The rate was good and the communication quick :) everything seems to be working well!

Had a laptop emergency. It was quickly diagnosed and parts sourced asap. Went out of their way to find a quicker locally sourced part, getting my laptop back in my hands and working super fast. Great communication and easy drop off and pick up.

I poured juice on my laptop and the keys were super sticky. Other than that nothing was wrong with the computer. I paid 1000 CZK to clean the laptop (keys + motherboard).I assumed they will clean every single key because I paid for the clean up. In return, not only half of the keys that were sticky, were still not cleaned and stuck when pressing, the guy broke one of my keyboard keys, when trying to take it apart to clean it.When I told him you need to fix it, he said that I warned you that when I clean the keyboard, this would happen (he did not warn me at all). Why would I pay him to fix the keys if he just gonna break them? I would rather have a sticky key that works, than not a key at all. So essentially I paid 1000CZK to have my laptop key broken.The reply to my comment is an outright lie, how did you restore it for free if I paid 1000 Czech kroner for it?? What did I pay for that money. And you don't have a video of it because I didn't say that. I'm coming to your store tomorrow and talk to the lying boss that wrote this reply. You are LIAR. Be ashamed of yourself for lying.

Honest and helpful. Nice person that spoke English. Told me the truth that even if he found the problem he couldn't fix it because parts were hard to get for Google computers in Czech republic and it would be cheaper to just get a new computer. Thanks!

I have not been satisified. Mr. Repairman has taken my item into repair assuring me that he can do it. After repair, it was not functioning properly, and he was unable to make it 100% again.I was unhappy about the attitude, he was trying to take my money for not delivering 100% service and in the end admitting he is not able to do the job properly.

My HP kept shutting down every two minutes & was not recognizing my hard drive (3FO, no hard drive installer error). After days of trying to fix this issue myself/going to the IT center I decided to seek the help of a professional. As a study abroad student in Prague, I was really stressed about finding a computer repair office that wouldn’t rip me off (I’m only an English speaker & not a tech wiz). The repairman immediately took in my computer and told me he’d call me the next day with an estimate. Less than 24 hours later, he fixed my computer. The HP is working perfectly & the repair cost was cheap compared to other places. Highly recommend coming here!!P.S. The office is a little tricky to find:Walk through the entrance, past the information desk, to the outside courtyard. Then go through the RIGHT set of doors located on the back wall and go up one flight of stairs, then turn left and the office is right there!

Big Tweak Ltd. repaired my broken microsoft surface screen very rapidly and at a fair price. The owner is trustworthy and will contact you within a very short time frame if you have questions. As a non-native of Prague you might be afraid that companies will rip you off but this is surely not the case with Big Tweak Ltd.

I have taken my macbook and PC to him for many repairs. He has always identified the problem. Shared his report with me and then went ahead to fix it. He is very good and professional. He always responds on time and has quick turnarounds.I went to him in the last two months for multiple fixes and he has been nothing but great. I had a faulty HDMI port on MBP and he found it out and showed me where the problem was in the most simple way possible. He got the part and sorted it out.He cleaned my PC and then further I had a liquid cooling pump problem. he fixed it as well. No Drama.He is affordable and real. No Extra prices. My Galaxy S7 phone had a burnt, presumably, charging port. So I take it to this place, ask the guy is it's possible to repair it, he's like yeah

I spilled water on my laptop 3 months ago, but waited with the review of the service to observe potential problems. Brought the laptop in on the same day after receiving advice from the owner (very efficient communication). My laptop has been cleaned and some elements of the motherboard replaced. 1000 czk flat rate for internal cleaning + around 200 for the replaced elements. I haven’t had any problems since, played The Witcher right after the service and everything ran ok. Would recommend.
