Where do I start? When I first arrived at the hotel, the elevator was not working. They got me a room on the 4th floor so I had to take my very heavy bag all the way up. When I finally got there, the key to my room was not working, so I had to go all the way down and up AGAIN and ask for them to open my room. I stayed here for five nights. The elevator was broken for three of those (including the day I left!).Then, the room was not clean enough. When I opened the fridge a really bad smell came out like something was rotten inside (but there was nothing actually there). The bathroom also had a bad smell.The problem with all of this is that the hotel is not cheap. The relation quality-price is terrible. All in all, I don't recommend this hotel.AND PLEASE KNOW THAT IN THIS HOTEL THEY DON'T CLEAN YOUR ROOM!!! THEY JUST ENTER THE ROOM AND CHANGE THE TOWELS!!!! (NOT EVEN THE SHEETS).

It’s Overpriced! Nothing special at all! Very basic rooms! Hard low quality cheap beds! There were some insects in the bathroom. It’s worth maximum €30 per night, I’ve stayed at hostels that are similar. It has no gym , no spa, I paid €60 per night and no breakfast was included and they gave me 2 single beds when I asked for one double. The location is good only 10 mins walk from the main square and 15 mins walk from the beautiful Smetana park. You can walk to the shopping centre in less than 20 mins

We have booked 2-bedrooms apartment that was large, well equipped and extremely clean. Receptionist was kind, responsive and helpful, able to speak English. No issues with public parking nearby hotel. Breakfast is really good proposing hot dishes (boiled eggs, omelette, bacon) and variety of snacks. Place is very close to the main places of interest. Noice from trams and cars was rather low and non-irritative, so we slept well after >10 km by feet. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The location is good, just walking distance to the centre.The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, very rich variety, everything you like and need. The staff from the reception friendly and helpful.The only thing we have to complain, the bed was not made up, after the first night and the toilet seat was full of old urin. That is very disgusting.

The outside of this hotel has the air of an old communist era building but the inside has been completely remodeled and is quite nice. Some rooms have views of the Gothic cathedral. The location is convenient to tourist sites, but is a bit of a walk from the Central squares. We parked on the street, and I don't know if there were better options.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms and their design looked like a student dorm but it wasnt really a problem. The location was quite good, as we were close to all the main sites. The person at the reception was polite and spoke English fluently (which was not so certain in Olomouc).There was no problem with late check-in and baggage storage.The breakfast was really a letdown. There was far too little space. So little in fact that it would be reasonable for the hotel to have the guests reserve the time for their meals. The food itself ranged from okay to really distasteful (especially memorable were scrambled eggs, sausages and ham). With all the people at the breakfast, the staff could not handle cleaning and refilling the food, and was quite underdressed for a hotel

Stayed in February. Nice and cheerful staff, speaking fluent English. Room tidy. Tasty breakfast - wide choice and with vegetables. Nice coffee. Definitely would stay again - great value for money. Parking on the street with parking meters during workdays.

This is probably one of the most pleasant hotels I have every been to. The service was awesome (one of the ladies speaks perfect Polish, English is also not a problem), a very large room, a tasty and varied breakfast. The hotel is in a paid parking zone, but the service will help and guide to the nearest free places (about 100-200 meters from the hotel). And the location is also pretty good - close to the cathedral, on the edge of the Old Town.
