The shopping experience made me feel very, very angry: I bought an electric scooter, unfortunately, it doesn’t work. The staff said it was dead locked by incorrect manipulation. When I demonstrated my App and driving process, everything is ok. Then the staff told me it needs to send to service.But it’s new, it must be a defective product. So I decided to return it, they said it’s over 14 days, can’t return, only for repair. In my opinion this is a defect of this product and I have the option to return.But the scooter got a paint bruised by me so they grabbed that and made it clear can’t be returned. I indicated I will pay for the paint scratch and hope to return. They rejected, the only solution is to repair scooter, it is truth, I can only accept.I was so disappointed that I went there four times in three weeks and the scooter still doesn’t work. If you are the manufacturer, you should tell me what is wrong with the scooter, or you are dealer, you should help me communicate positively with the manufacturer. You have neither fulfilled your obligations nor assumed your responsibilities. During this period, the staff never apologized to me or for the product failures, also didn't want to take any of my losses. ”broken by yourself”, repair only"

I really do not like the staff there. No professionals, no respect to customers. Stupid young employees gigging behind the corner, no advice, no help. Totally useless. I hope I will never go there again. Many and better similar shops around, where you find better service and products.

Great stock and even greater staff...they delivered my Samsung upright freezer on time, just like promised and even helped to set it up exactly where in the house I wanted... I will shop from there again!!
