Everything was fine until I had to return my items. The description of the item, which were floor installed sockets, were insufficient, especially the thickness. So when the items arrived, didn't really suit my application. I decided to return them.Paid the signed for and registered returns postage.They got the package within a few days, but after 3 weeks I'm still to be reimbursed.

Totally negative, i have no information of my order for 6 weeks now, althought it is listed in site that order will be shipped immediately. No response by phone email, different emails from Lithuania shop and even Czech shop. What has happened? I see a lot of angry reviews about your shop in Lithuania forums, maybe this shop owner does not get feedback from LT shop? You can not do business like this!

Very bad return process. I had an order for 10.000czk, but have to use Czech Post to return 2 small lights, and pay for it, they don't have a phone number to use for courier services. Oh and they also expect their small 50czk present" back
