Very nice, big - clean space. There is a lot of equipment for many kinds of work outs :) Definatelly recomending it and I personally recoment Katka as a trainer, she explained each exercise, the DOs and DONTs :)ps. you won't be dissapointed ;)

Very good crossfit box with friendly people. I went there twice for the open gym during a visit in Brno. You can basically drop in for the open gym outside the class hours (morning & evening). For classes they have a booking website.There are three areas. A big area with a tall wall-mounted rack (e.g. rings, ropes) and plenty of space for walking lunges, hsw, sled work. And they have all the equipment needed for classes.They have a dedicated weightlifting area with three lanes, and all kind of bars (from kids bars to eleiko competition bars).The third area has smaller rigs and space for handstand practice.It was very easy to get there by public transport.
