Nice hotel. Only i felt like a fish in a fish bowl with all the bright light in the restaurant. Same for the rooms to bright for my liking. We found it a little noisy, from our neighbors. And pricing is a little strange. They have a menu of the day but no prices… so it feels awkward to ask about it. And we came with our dogs and prices on the website are quoted 450. So we thought 450 is the price, but we have 3 dogs so its x 3. This could be more clear. We got a discount so thats was nice, thats why the 4 stars(personal was really nice)

The accomodation was comfy and included a tasty and diverse breakfast. In general the food was nice. On the other hand, what bothered me was what happened during dinner and was caused by the fact that the waiter Mr Tomáš, who mentioned being also the son of the owner, was drunk.After we waited for around 15 min for the service, he had a fight with the cook and disappered. In the meantime the guests were informed the food would not be served and most of them left with disappointment. We stayed desperately looking online for any place around where we could get some food but everything was already closed. Eventually our orders were taken by Mr Tomáš and the food was served but it all was accompanied by the trully unnecessary drama that all guests were exposed to. What is more, after returning to work Mr Tomáš surprisingly kept drinking wine and strong alcohol. In the effect, at the end of the evening he was all read, had unclear eyes, was speaking without a sense and even fell at the counter bar, hitting his head pretty badly.On one hand this situation was trully grotesque and we can laugh about it but on the other, watching an adult man who can't control himself like this and thinks that such behavior at work is cool seems sad and manifests his lack of respect towards his customers and employees. Also being around a big, drunk stranger man gave me a feeling of a lack of safety, comfort and certainty.

OASIS IN OSECNA - Just returned from six nights at this hotel. Due to car trouble we arrived after the agreed time, but the chef returned especially for us (we were the only guests for a few days) and cooked us a delicious 3-course meal. The next day the chef and his colleague Thomas helped us when the car didn't start again and called someone who replaced the battery within a few hours (please know we don't speak Czech and very few people speak English/German, so our relief was immense). The hotel is located near a forested area (rent scooters from the hotel to explore) but also a short driving distance from Liberec, which is worth a visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (see the above!). The design in the rooms and common areas is what you might call modern scandinavian, very restful. Beds and showers are amazing. And the food...so creative and special. Pasta lobster, and dandelion parfait, to name a few. Make sure you don't miss out on the home-made marmalades at breakfast. Apricot, vanilla and ginger and plum, cinnamon and chocolate were our favourites. Finger-licking good! We feel fortunate that this was the place where we booked the longest stay during our trip around the Czech Republic.

Even if I am not used to write bad reviews, I have to share my experiences... We paid ca CZK 18k for a 5-night stay and that's for I would wait a good level of provided services. On Monday, the day of our check-in, shower door was broken. On Tuesday morning we told the receptionist that there was a problem. Until Thursday nobody came to fix it. But that is not the point. After reparation we were abused that we had not said it earlier and that we cannot use it. And what's more, from that time we were treated very poorly by the manager of the hotel. Our holiday was ruined... Unbelievable treatment. I've never seen anything like it in my life. Such bad manners. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL... Sorry... even though other staffs were polite.

Outstanding experience. Really great food, fantastic service and friendly staff with kids corner.The entire group has enjoyed our New Year's Eve lunch at this place.

The room was great! It was an appartment in completely renovated building with branded items in worldwide accommodation standards for one nigh price range from 200 euro year-round (we pay off-season about 80 euro per night)! Reception service perfect, our small misunderstandings solved very professionally with respect. Espresso coffee amazing! Coffee maker warmed up early in the morning of course... Children's corner with IKEA kitchenette and various accessories and equipment reliably make fun for a long time to our daughter. The wine, serving, dishes and the overall impression of the restaurant was very good. This business in small village outperforms most of the leading business of this type in the capital city. In the immediate vicinity are bike paths, forests, lakes, mountains, attractions, and much more. A pity that I did not bring my Dobermann with us, he liked places like this one very much.

We are surprised by this hotel. When we went in, we found very cute interiors. Personals were very nice and welcoming. We stopped by for breakfast and they were cleaning up but they waited for us. Great choice for breakfast buffet and price is reasonable. Will sure come back next time, maybe even stay at the hotel.

Really nice new place, modern interior and menu. They did their best to help us in english. There is an English menu available. It was unfortunate that they had a daily menu, however didn’t offer us that choice, perhaps because it was only in Czech. Food was good, we especially liked the steak tartar, the beetroot starter was not so special. The desserts looked lovely, but we unfortunately had to skip these as it took some time before we found a waitress and by the time someone came, our kids were too tired already to wait for the dessert,The owners also have a kiosk and playground in the village a bit further away, we really liked that place.
