A very disappointing experience.Where to start.First it seems a smile is too much to ask for but not being greeted by the staff is unacceptable.Then waiting in line with the paying customers to ask for a menu.After a long wait at our table we are thrown with a cold cappuccino.When I brought the cappuccino back to say that it was cold, I got an even colder response like it was my fault.When the cappuccino" was thrown back at us we saw that they only added hot water instead of making another cappuccino!That is a disgrace for a coffee shop!We decided to leave and cancel all food orders.Even after explaining why we were leaving

I love it here! Amazing selection of drinks (matcha latte, hario V60, but even stuff like dandelion coffee), delicious desserts, good portions for food, gluten free options available. The staff is very friendly as well. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. The interior is also very nice with a nice selection of books.
