I want to thank the owner of this company, who answered my call in a Sunday morning and was kind to talk to me for 30 minutes and to promise that he will find a solution for the room where I live. The man he sent to my living place, solved the problem completely, by making a complete desinfection. I have never seen such an extraordinary job done, so far. Was really careful to spray everything, after searching every spot of the place. I appreciate so much the way the owner explained to me on the phone what this desinfection means, what might have cause the bittings on my skin. You don't meet professionals who talk to you on weekends and especially for half an hour. He cared about my problems and that meant a lot to me. Great company and highly recommend it!

Rambousek was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do and what was going to happen. All the while providing assistance even after the extermination was done. Overall very good experience and in case you have the same problem as me (bed bugs) I would recommend this company.
