The quality of service is disgusting... The employee communicated with me extremely reluctantly and arrogantly. The issue that I needed to solve has not been solved, although I have applied here several times. A terrible impression...

Terrible service. Like many other reviewers here, I bought a 4gb card here that is preloaded with 100mb - the remaining 3.9gb should be activated within 30 minutes. I had the sim card for 2 whole days and it was never activated. When I discovered this, I stopped by a t-mobile store in Austria and they said they could not help me because they are in a different country, and did not even attempt to help me. This is not my first time having issues with t-mobile and by far they are the worst telecommunications company I've had to deal with. They don't respect their customers enough to provide support for the products that their customers pay for. T-mobile's practices verges on false advertising. Buyers beware.

At least regular con artists put on a friendly face. Sold contract that made no sense for my situation, they told me I could transfer numbers when I couldn’t, ended up having to go to 4 times here and Andel, each time getting contradictory information, until I gave up and threw the money I paid for the contract down the drain.

Amazing service. The man that helped me set everything up and explained throughly my plan. He ensured everything worked before I left the store and explained how to top up if I need more data later on. Would definitely recommend to company and location. I was in and out of there in no longer than 10 minutes!

The T-Mobile store in Prague here is in the middle of the City of Prague.It's good to have local number to avoid roaming charges.The prepaid card cost $17 or 400 korun (Czech republic money)And the staff are very nice and Friendly

Most people seem to leave a review only when they want to complain. Time to set the record straight. We went to upgrade a basic SIM to a nano and were served quickly and efficiently. The assistant was helpful and informative. Don't be put off by the other reviews.
