Surprisingly good service. You are provided with a computer there to download the file via any approach (open your mail account/download via link etc), print out what you need and pay at once for all printings.It took me 20czk to print 3 A4 pages. Also, all the shop staff speak English very well

Horrible organization and service. If you need more than a simple office machines at the service corner, you better don’t waist your time to even come here. i had to wait excessive amount of time. 45 minutes for helping three people in front of me with simple tasks is a joke, especially having so many assistants available.On the top of it, when informing the assistant at the beginning that I need to print one page certificat, she didn’t bother to inform that the minimum price of any service is 199czk! Highly recommend to teach your employees a better customer service.

went there today to take care of foreign affairs. I only know English and it was extremely easy, quick and cheap. employees were very helpful as well!

Tried to print a singular A4 piece of paper with colour in the self-printing zone but it didn't work. The printing came up with just the black part three times. However, a staff member quickly helped me print it properly in the back and didn't charge me for the other ones.Would go again.Only 20czk.

Great place to print documents (open on weekends and English friendly)! Pretty straightforward and if you struggle the employees are really helpful.

This place is awful. No way to just email them a document and print it. You need to pay for time at their computer. It’s set to czech language without a way to change it. I could not even log in because number son keyboard input czech letters. Staff was unwilling to help.

Absolutely amazing service I had a complex order around 30 minutes before closing today.One print poster image on A3, A4 and fliers on A4 from the same image with unconventional formatting and margins. I also needed several business cards from a separate image which again had large margins.The guy that helped me, understood exactly what I wanted, offered alternatives and was able to make the cuts around the margins with the machine in back which I am more than happy to use in our campaigns and advertising.I wish I caught the guys name but I would love to buy him a beer, tea or whatever he would have, he really saved our skin, thanks so much.

I came here to print out just a few simple pages. You can use a computer to print your documents. They charge you 1czk per minute (for PC time) so either bring your USB or prepare your email password. The person was very nice and helpful. If you don’t speak Czech just change the PC language to ENG before signing in. There are instructions everywhere.

very nice concept of being able to print by yourself. I paid 11 CZK for 1 A4.very helpful staff as well.
