Good beauty salon. Barber included!

Really bad experience, the customer service is awful, me and my friend felt like we are bothering them by even being there, manicure done in 15-20 minutes, my nails never looked this bad and didn't last very long and the lady who made them was annoyed the whole time, didn't make any effort or smile.

Unfortunately a pretty dirty place. Not very good service minds and communication.

1 of my gel nails had chipped after having them done recently so I decided to just go for the most basic gel nail at 350czk (manicure would have been an extra 150). The shop was empty apart from 1 lady who made a call for someone to appear in 5 mins time. When that lady came she was quite rough with removing my previous polish and seemed to be in a hurry and considering the polish I chose I had to ask for an extra layer and she was hesitant to do so. The nails don't look too bad but definitely could be better. Will not visit again.

My friend and I went to the salon for manicures, pedicures and (natural look) eyelash extensions. First of all, the service and communication was horrendous. We were unable to communicate with the staff, as they spoke no English at all. My friends manicure was poorly made and they only did the bare minimum in terms of making it a wellness experience. Also, the facilities were quite dirty - not really what I would associate with luxury! Finally, I asked for natural looking lashes and showed what I wanted, but at the end they look rather fake.At the end of the treatments we felt like they were rushing things, possibly because closing time was approaching.

Prices are way too expensive and they are incorrect. When you have to pay, they increase by 150...

I visit salon today....l read some bad comments....well, they are quite busy, so l understand they dont smile always.....lady for manicure was very nice in my case and she speaks czech and english as well and she did great job. My pedicure was great as well. Good value. It is in the centrum! Another place cost double....Recommended :)

Nice,,fast efficient,,card payment possible good work and decent service ...what's missing to 5 is just I wish my gel nails lasted longer than 2 weeks, but again it may be up to me ...however almost all are Pilling off from sides
