You need to be aware what it means ambulance here, if you have an urgent case (38-39 temperature for 4 months infant in our case), you will need to wait in a queue for 4 hours, because “there are many children” (yes people are coming here to get help) and “not enough doctors available”.We were in ambulance on the 4th of December 2022 at 13 and waited until 16:58 with infant. It’s worse ever experience we had

Not a good impression at the start but went out very satisfied. Pediatrician did thorough checks which Motol never did during several visits of the same health issues for months now. I'm grateful I tried this hospital. Just be patient in waiting and understanding if the reception nurse couldn't speak English or too busy. You'll eventually be taken care of properly by the English speaking doctors.

Fast, very kind, professional and thorough doctor who spoke excellent English. Hopefully we don’t need to come here often with our kids but if the situation requires again, we will come back here.

Worried parents arrived late evening with an unwell toddler. We were looked after by Nurse Frübauer Růžičková and Doctor Majerová. Both were very patient, highly skilled and genuinely kind people. Our son did not cry once even though we spent 2.5 hrs in hospital. Moreover, the waiting area has a very impressive play area. Thank you for a happy finish to our crazy day and your human approach.

Very good staff and doctor. We came from Berlin for holidays but our son got sick and we took him to this hospital, the staff and doctor was very quick and checked our son and recommended required medicine and now he is getting better.Thanks to the doctor and the lady in the reception

we came on Sunday - was fast to get to doctor. analysis (blood test, etc.) can be done right there, fast. for foreigners - you can pay cash or card. doctor speaks english quite good.
