It was so sad today to end shopping in this café (My friend and I went to get coffee and muffins. It was not too long line, though we have to wait a bit. 3 people were working in there, so I decided to get 2 SMALL glasses of water independently to not bother anyone.That water in a jar that usually served additional to coffee,....lady who was making coffee watched me as I am doing smth out of rules, or rude...and then discussed smth with college.I don't think it's regular behaviour of people who works in world wide coffee company (Next time I would rather choose another cafe

Double check your order!Usually a good service, but today staff did not get the order correct, infact none of the orders were toffee nut latte just plain latte.Lots of staff but only one taking orders and one making the drinks.

Dear team surbucks,I respect your Cafe & ppl working there, but please organize a better work and collaboration within a team. Why ppl who ordered drinks earlier should wait longer than ppl who ordered later a couple of ppl after. That's not the first time it happened. Thanks!
