Hello. I found Mr Kyjonka very helpful, trustable, persistent, knowledgeable, and accessable. At the first, I applied for a few banks with the help of few brokers but all rejected my applications due to I am forginers and I don't have premanent resident and unlimited work permit. So I totally give up. After sometimes, he contacted me and offered me an option. I applied with his persistent and help, so I could get the mortgage. During this period, everytime, morning or at night I contacted him he responsded me very fast and I used his consultations. Even he helped me to search and find the house developer and negotiate with them. While my money down payment for the house was not enough, he helped me to find a solution.
