Crystal Nails

Za mne urcite nejhezci nehty, tenke a prirozene, relativne rychle hotove (nekde to trva i 90min, tady podstatne min). Vzdy jsem byla spokojena jak s praci tak s pristupem.

Minuly týden jsem vyzkoušela poprvé, a určitě velká spokojenost. Cena, kvalita, rychlost a příjemný kolektiv, který není otrávený hned když přijdete. Určitě jsem nebyla naposledy. ☺️

Komunikace se zákazníkem velice špatná, arogantní přistup. Toto místo není nehtové studio ale fabrika na nehty, pořad na vás spěchají, pomalu nic si nemůžete vybrat. Nikdy víc. Rozhodně nedoporučuji.

Nehty super! Jsem nadšená. Pani mi udělala nehty velmi rychla a opravdu pěkně. Jen si myslím, že by v salonu mohlo být víc uklizeno.

This is my first negative review and it takes quite a lot of toxic behavior to get here. The lady who did my pedicure was so rough she cut my toe and it was bleeding quite a lot before she went and got a band aide. She never apologized, she poured something on it that burned so bad then put my foot back into the water to soak which turned into a pool of blood. If you look at my toes you’ll see there’s paint on my skin and the color is not even at all. I asked her kindly to please clean the skin and this is the result. She talked on her phone almost the entire time using one hand to do my nails so this is another reason why they don’t look so good. It takes a lot for me to do this type of review but I highly recommend not going to this salon.
