iLoveServis Praha 5 Butovice - expresní servis mobilů, tabletů a Macbooků

Nechával jsem zde opravovat vytopený mobil, který se vyzkratoval a několik součástek se tím zničilo. S kvalitou servisu jsem spokojen, už jsem byl smířen s tím, že jsem přišel o všechna nezálohovaná data, ale nakonec se jim podařilo vše podstatné zprovoznit a zařízení funguje jako by se nic nestalo. Jediná výtka je horší komunikace obchodu, v podstatě se na žádné z uvedených tel. čísel nedá dovolat a ani se neozvou zpět, dokud není mobil opraven/hotov.

I was waiting for the display for several days, but it was problem on the delivery site not the service. They contacted me through phone well and service was quite fast done. Thanks

Quick repair, screen broke for no reason a few weeks after.

These guys lie and don't fix phones. I had water damage they said they will fix it and if they need to get new parts they will. The phone csme back an absolute mess and their excuse was it was missing parts already and that they checked the phone. All they did was enable the phone to have a screen come to life but the phone now has no microphone and the touchpad was totally broken. Extremely angry with this service. They wouldnt give a refund after NOT fixing the phone and are thieves.THEY ALSO HID MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. They didnt properly check the phone when they fixed it because they didnt.DONT GO HERE!!!!!I will be having my friends give reviews as this service is completely unacceptable

Very profesional and helpful. In mobil pohotovost they were very rude and unwilling to even fix my phone, saying that they don't have the parts. Here the employee was very friendly. She found out right away if they have the parts and called back. The battery change and cleaning was done in an hour for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

iLoveServis helped resolve a year long problemI had: not being able to connect my iphone 6 with my Macbook Pro in order to upload my phone's photos to iphotos on my mac. Not only did they resolve the problem, (upgraded my Macbook software), but were prepared to back up all of my photos in case something went wrong. I especially want to thank Katka for her professional and most helpful approach. Not only did she re-assure me that she and her team will help resolve my issue, but was patient with me even though the task needed to be done and carried out the next day. I am very grateful for having such dedicated people still available and capable to help when one cannot resolve the issue at home on their own. I thank the whole team for a job well done!!
