From thé Věry begining- first case.We go to rutině examinátion to Motol ( with garanty of thé company that this case Will be paid off). After thé examinátion they inform us - we should pay ourselves ! That s fór 92.000 crowns ( mě And kids), guys!

TOTAL garbage when it comes to insuring foreigners.

They cannot provide us even with a pediatrician. We must pay an extra registration fee of the doctor. They wrote us that the registration fee is 1000 Czk, then they increased the amount up to 1500 Czk, and after that, they added that this is an annual fee. I don't understand why should we pay this money?! This is a pure fraud.When we decided to move from the Czech republic, I wrote them that I would like to terminate the contract, and asked them to reimburse the part of money. They told me that this is not the proper reason, even if I oficially prove my departure from the country. They can reimburse the money only if I switch to the public insurance.All in all, I am very disappointed with them, and strongly recommend not to use their service.

PVZP is very close to a scam. You need to call them every time you need to go there, than they need to evaluate it and let you know which is taking quite a bit of time. They are basically trying to get people to give up and not go to doctor by deliberately complicating procedure. They only thing that helps is screaming at them and treating them with law suits. My personal opinion is that business practices of this company are illegal. They don't care about health or well being of the insures. Majority of doctors are not accepting this insurance because they are not paying doctors. If you have serious condition and are using PVZP, you better start praying because that's the only thing that can help you.PS. This is not national insurance VZP which is great, it's PVZP for foreign citizens in Czech Republic.

Pvzp, not vzp. Just fooling people to go there. You have to mention it’s PVZP

A company that has mandatory insurance for students from the Czech government. For 2 years, I paid an excess amount of money and could not go to the doctor. I tried to get well against viral and bacterial diseases, including covid and pneumonia, with the pills I brought from my country. The funny thing is that not even the school doctor has a contract with this insurance.

Terrible experience, imagine a small coffee bar, and inside the room (not even in the corner..) an office desk and a man behind it who maybe is willing to help you but the surrounding makes the situation very awkward and uncomfortable. Imagine people enjoying their cup of coffee or a cake sitting right next to you and listening to your conversation with the man behing the desk. Who in the world came up with this concept and who in their right mind accepted it?!
