Sauny Vltava

I've been to many saunas in Prague. This is my favorite. You can bathe in Vltava (the river). The price is fair and the ceremonies are great!

Visited first time last Saturday and that is wheb my addiction started. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere, loads of rest rooms and cooling places, incl Vltava. Very friendly welcome and enormosly sensensional sauna vibes.

Paid for all day pass which was well worth it. Had a lovely day. Staff are helpful and friendly. They have a different sauna ceremony every hour. Which is worth staying for.Highly recommended!

Went for Sauna, then decided to have a Deep Tissue Massage for one hour. Massage was really good with Garlie. She was very professional and cheerful.The whole premises was very spacious, clean and relaxing environment. The staffs and the clients were all very friendly. Well recommended, will use again when I visit Prague.

New cool spa 20 meters close to another cool spa. It is nice to have this choice now.There are three different saunas in the territory. I like the river view from the saunas. Observing some trains passing along another side of Vltava as a bonus.Two cooling water pools. There is a ladder to the Vltava if someone wishes to cool down in the river.There are several quiet spots. It is worth noting the wigwam with a fireplace inside.Bar with drinks and snacks.The whole territory includes some other objects which not in use for now like pools and terraces. Curious how it will work later.The staff is kind and helpful.A couple of things I would improve in the future: More convenient benches in the dressing room.And a few shelves next to the saunas entrances to put drinks and other small stuff.

Great Sauna spot. Really spacy, with 3 saunas, loads of relaxing zones, outdoor cooling pools, teepee. Friendly staff and private atmosphere. I love it and the prices are great.

Visiting this place feels a lot like going to a club / shopping mall. It's noisy, pop songs are playing in the background, and people are loud.They only have 1 proper dry sauna and 1 herbal sauna which is not very hot. The dry sauna has ceremonials every hour which render it either way too humid or not warm enough about half the time. They also have a big outdoor sauna but it was closed for renovations. Overall, paying a premium price for ½ a dry sauna feels like a rip off. Either you have to be into overcrowded ceremonials or hope all saunas are operational. And even then, 2 dry saunas are not enough compared to other similarly priced sauna places.The layout of this place is terrible. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor space but they funnel people in tight corridors and cluster showers so you constantly feel crowded. Plus, the meshing of indoor and outdoor spaces is done in such a way that every surface feels dirty and gritty.The staff doesn't do much to educate guests on the basics of sauna bathing. Most people are noisy and a lot of them don't shower before going into the cold pool which was visibly dirty. The staff doesn't seem to care much overall. When we said we were visiting for the first time, they didn't even bother showing us which direction to walk to get changed, let alone telling us how to best enjoy our stay.We didn’t leave feeling relaxed but kind of relieved we were out.

Best sauna place in Prague! Loving the variety of chill-out and relax zones ❤️ Not to mention the unforgettable ceremonies!

They currently have 2 operational saunas- a Finnish sauna and a mild herbal sauna." The Finnish sauna was extremely humid when I was there after a ceremony. We were also blocked entry for some period of time while they prepared it for another ceremony
