Massage is ok, although no Czech or English is spoken, which doesn't really matter. But: called in before massage and asked if I can come in half an hour, lady said I can come FOR EXAMPLE at 6:30. Arrived at 6:45 and was told they can make only 45 mins instead of one hour now. I was a little irritated as the lady hasn't told me I have to be there at a specific time, but agreed. At the end I was charged the full hour nevertheless, which is with prices higher then in Berlin quite a mess I think. Don't recommend this place, there are plenty of others and better in Prague.

Very good but not very relaxing massage. The staff is very professional. They seem to know their job. Very hard though! I planned to relax as I chose the Thai oil relaxing massage, it was more of a physiotherapy instead.

Customer service is not willing or able to find a solution for the expired voucher. Request for the manager's phone number was refused as it is a private number (what kind of company/business is this???).Never again and there are better massage studios anyway in Prague.
