Yesterday we reserved for a big group after a discussion even though the restaurant was mostly empty. At arrival, we were seated and waited a short while before ordering. 45 minutes after our order, the waitress came back to our table and told us that she didn't have the right orders. She double checked and it turned out that she was missing 4 dishes. After most of the food arrived, the 4 dishes came 20 minutes after the others. The empty plates were already removed before the missing 4 dishes had even arrived. The food was below average and the service too.

I can't believe I haven't rated this place yet! This is my favorite restaurant in Olomouc, maybe the world. I loved it when I first visited 4 years ago and I love it now. They don't do pizza anymore, but that's fine because their burgers have become my new favorite. I always get the Morgan Burger. It's a large size and comes with fries. The burger is my 2nd favorite burger ever. I recommend this place. It also has traditional Czech food if you fancy a guláš.

Fun restaurant and bar that is in historical wall of the city. I got the Jalapeño burger and it was good, the bun was a little too big though. My wife got the Veggie burger and it wasn’t cooked well, very pasty inside. As a whole it is a fun place with a pretty large menu.

Great restautant, good food, good beer, very friendly and fast staff. I can only recommend to visit the local.Attention.. 10pm the lokal close. Last order 9.45pm.....

Food was slightly above average and prices are not high. Last visits there was even improvement in waiters behavior. They offer 1+1 pizza if you have ISIC card, wich is nice.

It was so unpleasent stay in this restaurant, beginning from spilling beer to my colleague and then no recompansate . What's more , waitress was laughing into our faces and she wanted to take plates when they were actually no empty . Unprofessional service and broken doors to the toilets. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I’ve had a very unpleasant situation in this restaurant. Customer service is unprofessional and the staff is rude. The waiter spilled beer on me and my phone. I was soaked in beer. I can’t say, they provided me some paper to clean myself up but that was all. No sorry about the phone or anything, no discount, not even free beer for some kind of recompensate for the situation. Another lady waiter just came and laughed it off. Totally unprofessional and i do not recommend this place. The food was good, but a good restaurant is not only food, but the people working there too. If i could i would give zero.

Customer's service is highly unprofessional I mean waiters. The waiter spill the beer on my college and he didn't receive any discount. We are gradly disappointed about this fact.
