Really bad customer experience with the eshop. Buying on the Czech eshop would mean to me return goods to Czech, especially when there is a shop in Prague. Nevertheless, the goods has to be dispatched to Slovakia. When buying, they promise easy return - not the case at all. Never ever again.

Buying on the Czech eshop means return goods to Czech and not to be dispatched to Slovakia - Lozorno on your own expense..

Large guitar store, with great variety of guitars and they also have ukeleles. Friendly staff attended me and explained everything well, giving me the possibility to change the ukelele bag I was buying if it wasn't the right size (as I didn't know the size of the ukelele)

Really nice place, it's quite big they have everything, from pianos to guitars, even tons of newest vinyls and quite a wide range of violin strings. I just went to buy some guitar picks for my brother and the guy behind the counter was very nice, helped me with everything, great customer service :)

This place has a decent selection of electric guitars and basses. I didn’t look too closely at the acoustic guitars, but I was sad to see a giant row of cheap acoustics in cardboard boxes. Still, they have fenders, gibsons, and their respective affordable brands. You can get a Squier Jazzmaster for 7.890 Kc which is about $380. That’s pretty much what you’d expect in the states, so nothing remarkable. Their amp selection is of high quality, although a bit sparse. Their demo amp is not the best, so I would ask to use the Fender or maybe one of the Orange amps if you like that blues club sound. The staff is nice to Americans, especially Zdeněk who speaks perfect English. I was hoping to see more unique Czech brands of instruments but I’m not sure that exists. Overall, it reminded me of an above average music store I would go to in the states, but it happens to be in Prague.

I went there to help a friend pick up his first guitar, the staff was very helpful and understanding, gave good advices, answered all the questions my friend had. The shop if very big, and you will have a lot of choices which is great !I can say this is so far the best music shop I've been to in PragueThank you!

I wanted to buy a bicycle..boy was it a road to the worst customer service in the world. Too long for the whole story: I had to switch the bicycle twice, went along with their pure incompetence, ended up with a scratched one, another dimension, vague excuses, drafted emails, unfairly compensations, strict rules on their side, all the tricks in the book so they never get it done properly. Still suffering, paid for extra 39 EUR for assembly, to finally figure out that the derailers don't work at all properly, i.e. the front misses the whole wheel, the rear also one gear. I'll avoid them in the future. They are not for 1, but for a grade under 0, as they also caused me damage with the whole experience. They even turned it into a court, saying how do they know if I hadn't damaged the bicycle. I hope they get the same experience when they are trying to make a gift for a loved one or for themselves. Pure modern misery. A bot would have done a more proper job. Tricked and insulted, with damaged and even not the initially ordered goods. All the tricks so you are unable to even return it. Stay away. Don't believe their site, perhaps the only food thing about them, the looks of it. Lies about stock, transfers you to other countries.... and that's not all. :)
