Friendly staff, they do care to explain what some stuff on the menu is. Chicken schnitzel was pretty good! Czech mayonaise is not that great if you know what Dutch mayonaise tastes like. ;)

Absolutely horrible experience. We took our Malaysian friends to this restaurant after a long hike. We were so ashamed about what happened around us. They brought warm white wine with an explanaiton that the fridge is broken. The food didn't taste good and the waitresses were quite rude (not directly to us but to the other guests). They didn't speak good English or German either. A gentleman at other table had a fly in his beer. To make the things worse, tired guests came at 7.30 and when they sat at the table, the waitress informed them in a very unpleasant tone that that the restaurant would close in 20minutes. So, they wouldn't get any meals. We will never come here again, not ever recommend this place.

Service was friendly but slow. The waitress didn't speak English or German, so we communicated in Polish. Portions were very small, beef goulash came with only 3 pieces of meat, and it took over an hour to cook our food. Also, a smile from the staff would be nice to see once in a while.

Absolutely one of the worst places I have been to. Took an hour to get our food, the waitress looked like she wanted to kill us all, and the waiter was rude when we asked where our food was. We ordered shopska salads, liver, some chicken that was horribly overcooked, and some weird bean dish with sausage (which contained no sausage). The food was a travesty but not as bad as the mean glares from the staff. What an awful, awful place. Also- no card machine.

Abusers!I and three more girls had a very unpleasant, rude, boorish service at this place.The waiter/owner (short, bold guy) was screaming at us. He was hitting the table to express his anger and humiliate us. We didn’t know that the place doesn’t accept cards, and ATM is quite far from it. There is no Uber/Bolt. We asked him to help us calling a local taxi to get cash from ATM (to be on time for our train back to Prague). He was out his mind, laughed at us and screamed again.We managed to get cash but felt very upset that stuff can humiliate и make clients ridicule just because we haven’t notice an information about payments (but still were willing to find the way to pay).

We were in this restaurant on the 17th of April 2022. We were a group of four adults and 1 baby. For our simple order of four dishes and two fresh salads we had to wait literally 1 hour!!! When we were asking about our order all we got we’re just rude responses from both of the waiters: young tall skinny guy and a waitress with short blonde hair and tattoos all over her arms. The food was very average. The cards are not accepted, only cash. Awful place! Do NOT recommend!!!

Cozy place offering good and tasty meals. I really do appreciate customer service in this restaurant as it is much better than in other places around - staff members in Klepáč are very kind. We visited the restaurant three times in 2 days and we were very satisfied (especially beef meals and soups are amazing). The only recommendation is to offer more kinds of beer. Thank you!

They fried my salmon... Fried! It looked and tasted like asphalt. The staff didn't look very interested subduing any illusion of a warm welcome. I hope the service is better in the tourist season

Cash only and roughness.Waiter yelled at us and was aggressive.Everything was good until we asked a bill and turned out that they don’t accept cards. They have small sign in menu, that they accept only cash, but never mentioned elsewhere. So it was a bad surprise for us, we didn’t have cash and had a train soon. Instead of trying to help us he was just rude and abusive.But the guy from the kitchen helped us with transfer to ATM and was super nice.
