You can find even from your toothbrush or very little gifts or even street food to the very valuable restaurant dinners, stay in very valuable hotels or resort or even have a holiday out of Czech Republic, Such as very far in Sri Lanka, overseas or nearby :) Use and feel it. Great experience with their customer support team.Recently, I had to cancel a river cruise due to unforseen circumstances.Thanks to the Slevomat team, they helped me with cancellation and getting the refund, communicating with the cruise operator on my behalf.I was easily able to get in touch with them on web-chat and whatsapp.Such experiences raise the confidence in their service.

The Website is perfect tool for looking for best prices in Czech Republic, even not only CZ, out of the country. There are so many travel opportunities, valued restaurants which are cost normally very expensive, but with this app double or triple prices down. This helped me find out best offers And the Staff is doing their job very well. They are brilliant and Outstanding work to be done.As I'm foreigner whenever I got support by e-mail, they replied me in time, quick response and made operative action. Still sending newsletters and keeps my personal data even after I requested to delete them. Unfair business practices in all of its glory. Do not trust this company, they do not care, ignore you and have no rules that are standard in modern times.

UPDATE 2 - I went to the shop and they helped me to process everything. The staff has been extremely kind, friendly, professional and prepared. They also treated me with a gift voucher for the issue I had. Thank you very much! I got a voucher in October 2020, which could not be used due to Covid measures. The lockdown in Prague was pretty severe and business kept opening and closing due to government measures.The person I got the voucher also got pregnant the year after and waited to give birth and get vaccinated before socializing and being able to use the voucher she got.Even after explaining this to Slevomat, they kept being very strict with their expiration policy (which got changed during Covid times). In the end, my voucher is gone and also the small business which I selected got nothing, the money stayed with Slevomat, which is unfair… They could have offered better options or at least contact customer via phone or sms during Covid lockdown and change of policies.

Friendly, polite and professional approach was shown by one of the representatives of the customer care, Mr. David Křížek. He was extremely efficient and dealt with my request in a fast way. If communication with any customer care was like this, then the world would be full of happy customers.
