In the twenty years I've known the place, it's managed the logically impossible - to stay the same and get better at the same time. They've retained the punk ethos - the beer is good and cheap, the food is easy to make (two varieties of fondue, since forever). The lower floor of the establishment has a great atmosphere now, something reminiscent of tearooms in the nineties. Alas, they close at midnight. If you're into old bars, you've got to see this one.

i recommend taking selfies sitting directly on the womens toilet with the door open. you will be facing a large mirror. the experience does not amount to the greatness of the picture
