Show stopping vegan food. Deceased. For starters, the salted caramel frappe was DIVINE. And the caprese ? Phenomenal. Shrimp salad was an amazing finish to the whole thing. Such a cute venue as well

Very good vegan restaurant. I had breakfast there during my stay in Prague and the chocolate waffles were delicious.The only downside is that it's a small place, so it's usually full and it's best to book a table.

Palo Verde Bistro
We had the meal of the day and it was absolutely delicious. There was a cream of celery soup to start but we ate it too quickly to get a photo. Home made burger with caramelised onions and lovely sauce. Highly recommend. The lemonades with herbs are amazing too.

Great vegan breakfast, enjoyed the salmon and full breakfast a lot. Hot chocolate was really good as well. The decoration is very green and lively

Palo Verde Bistro
We spent 3 nights in hotel beside Palo Verde and had breakfast at this place. Even as non-vegans, we absolutely loved the food and cocktails. For waffles, you can’t even tell they are vegan, because they taste just as regular ones. Portion sizes are perfect. Also staff and the whole atmosphere are very welcoming.

Friendly staff, big menu with tons of options (all vegan), delicious food. The cafe felt modern and clean, there was even board games use during the visit. The food tasted amazing and I was blown away by the great variety on the menu. Would HIGHLY recommend a visit!

Palo Verde Bistro
I researched vegetarian/vegan restaurants before coming to Prague and Palo Verde was highly recommended. We had a wonderful time at this cute & quirky restaurant - the food was delicious and we had a wonderful, informative & kind waiter (unfortunately I cannot remember his name). There are card games & board games to play too :) definitely recommend!!
