Nothing arrives on time, false shipping information on website, terrible assistance, inability to cancel orders. Same day delivery was promised, 5 days later and it’s not even im my country...Worst order experience. Never ever again.

Extremely bad delivery and service. No direct phone contact with them. In their delivery terms the stated delivery is in 4 days and I just received a response the delivery of something ordered on 28.11 will arrive on 12.12. With these delivery timeframes, better order from China. It will be cheaper and the timeframe will be the same. I am happy I didn't prepay and managed to cancel

Really dissapointed. I order a new charger from here because via balikovna says will arrive until monday (I order it on friday) and arrive on wednesday. Plus the charger was dancing inside the package. Really? some bubble plastic? no?

My shopping experience with AppleKing was amazing. I was looking for a new charger for my MacBook Pro Retina 13'' and I was getting pretty angry looking at the high prices at the most stores on the internet. After a while I found AppleKing - they were able to sell & ship me the charger 70% cheaper than the other resellers on the market! Thats why I give 5 Stars!Wishing a lot of success!

I'm glad that i found this shop online. Any apple related product I would like to buy in CZ, I go here. They have best products and wide selection. The delivery and quality is also good. Once I had an instance where one of the product in my order was damaged, I sent them pictures and immediately the product was replaced(without any fuss). I would reccomed this shop to all :D

Quick delivery but service level is struggling. I ordered protective glass for Apple Watch which guys couldn’t stick, then I decided to order foil and they said they don’t operate with it and can stick only glass (which they actually couldn’t before). If it’s that difficult you could mention this info under the products to save some time and nerves for your customers.
