It is the best hotel in Prague for me. I hope that I will visit Prague more than once and will stay namely in this hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. It is especially nice that many of personnel speak Ukrainian :) The room is very nice, clean. Everything is perfect. As for the breakfast, the meals are very tasty, the portions are big; the variety was also pleasing. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

Worst experience I ever had. No hot water after a long day of work. Also in the morning no hot water. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed with the situation. He said that this problem had already occurred the week before, but that no technician could come because of the weekend. No answer and reaction to my complaints even after one week. Breakfast at least was good.

Old hotel with outdated interior but the former glory of its hey-days is still present everywhere. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Good location right at tram station.

Clean room (in the bathroom we had a clogged drain in the shower from the beginning).Breakfast ok (nothing special).The hotel is close to the old town, so the main attractions can be easily reached on foot.Dog friendly place.There was no option for the parking so we had a problem to find a parking place.

I really liked it. Walking distance from the old town and everything else. Friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is lush. The only problem is the aircon that doesn't do anything.

One of the worst hotels, I have ever seen. I booked a hotel through expedia. I had an emergency and those guys didn't even give my refund when I was trying to cancel it. Atleast there are lot of days, I notified them earlier but those thugs didn't even give my penny back based on the policy. Don't book a hotel and support those people who doesn't care about humanity and only care about. In the end humanity matters not anything else.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are very clean, bright, with great views, the location is beautiful, close to the center. Feride, the hotel manager, and Elia, the receptionist, were very helpful and professional. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and friendly.

Great location walking distance to lots of famous landmarks, bars and restaurants. 2 mins from tram stop if you prefer. Nice lobby, spotless rooms and a good continental breakfast selection.
