STAFF TRIED TO DECEIVE ME!!!!So I went there to buy my new phone, and the advisory was mediocre. Fair enough because I informed myself beforehand.When I went to the checkout to pay the lady told me a very detailed thing in Czech, which sounded important. When I was telling her 'nerozumim cesky' she didn't say anything and although I was kindly asking the english speaking colleagues surrounding her to translate, however noone really bothered to help us. I mean PEOPLE I JUST SPEND 14.000 KORUNAS IN YOUR FREAKING BUSINESS, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?When I went to the wrapping desk to pick up my phone, the guy disappeared for at least 10 minutes in the warehouse. What he brought me was a box that looked literally like a tank would have driven across it and then backed up and then drove across it again. When I opened it, the Guarantee card had some scratches and the phone was obviously UNWRAPPED AND USED. The guy was AFFIRMING that THIS DEVICE WAS NEW and they just opened it to show people the colour. When I was looking closer to the display I discovered THAT SOMEBODY OBVIOUSLY already removed the SCREEN FOIL AND LEFT SOME FATTY FINGERPRINTS AND DUST GRAINS UNDERNEATH. The guy explained me that the device is really new and it would be the last one, so I could decide whether I take it or want my money back. Eventually I asked for my money. So the guy took the phone and disappeared for some time in the Warehouse again. INSTEAD OF RETURNING MY MONEY, HE ( WHAT A SURPRISE ) RETURNED WITH A BRAND-NEW EVEN SHRINK-WRAPPED BOX OF THE SAME PHONE. NO WORDS OF EXPLANATION. NO WORDS OF APOLOGY. JUST TRYING TO TAKE ME FOR AN IDIOT.KEEP THE HELL OUT OF THIS STORE!!! NOBODY DESERVES SUCH A TREATMENT!!!

They will tell you anything in order to make a sale. Yes, they will bluntly lie to you regarding the model of the products you want to buy, or the warranty conditions. Then, when things go wrong (like the product you bought there does not work), and you confront them with the lies they told you upon purchase they will just give a bland apology but will not take responsibility. Do not even come close to this place even if you see cheaper prices.

All Datarts are the same and this one is not an exception. It is good to come and see what some peace of electronics looks like in reality, maybe try it and ask the assistants some questions about it (assistants are generally polite and helpful). However, it is almost never good for actual purchases: there are always better offers online. Additionally, given that the sortiment is not exceptional, it is not always possible to use Datarts even for the mentioned exploratory" purposes. On the upside

It's Best Buy in Czechia. No killer deals, limited English-speaking, but you can browse the website & pick up here.

One of the things I like about this store is the staff will approach you and offer to help. Generally prices are on par with other retailers. I usually check on line to compare prices and it's usually favourable. One bug bear is they often try to sell you an extended warranty often two years but I suspect EU consumer rights already give this and for better coverage it may be cheaper direct with an insurer for accidentall and theft cover. That said good range and generally good staff.

I am extremely disappointed about the service. I wanted to buy a headphone. The consultant didn’t allow to test the one he recommend due to the corona viros. When I tested it at hope, the sound was terribly poor and went back to return them. Unfortunately you can’t return the product due to hygiene reasons- it was used ones. So in the end you can find the proper product for you. You end up with something bad, which was recommended by the store- no test options, can’t return it, can’t rely on the expertise of the staff, can’t rely of the product quality offered there. Just give them the money and forget for any service or product you needed.I reserved several mail from the customer service saying - we can help you! the store is not obliged to show off the purchased goods. He is also not obliged to take back the goods.Then just don’t want to help the people. I have been in many countries but never had such problems.

This young sales executive in Datart Andel has been greatly helpful. We were searching for an electronic toothbrush, and we have no idea if we need to buy it or don't need to buy it. We had many questions, and this gentleman Mr. Daniel was so welcoming and patient with us that instead of just learning about the product we decided to buy it. He was so helpful. Hoping to see some attention from other agents of Datart. Thank You, Daniel this purchase was only because of your effort we could have purchased it elsewhere as the availability of the product is not limited but we loved the attention you gave us. If anyone from Datart is reading this. Please take it to Daniel's attention and do let all other staff know how much value they can add to Datart by attending to customers.

I bought a laptop here on May 1st 2018. Sales person was up-selling, pushing antivirus software and Windows 10 customization service. I decided to have Windows 10 language pack and keyboard switched to US English for additional 20 USD. Who ever did it botched it up. US keyboard was never installed, instead an English (British) keyboard was selected but not installed. As a result there was no way for me to display @ character. I mean it didn't come up no matter what I tried. Apparently the guy never tested his work. Most aggravating, I spent almost an hour screwing around with it, I would have been better served if I did it on my own.
