EURO Nails

I got this manicure today. You can see the mark of the previous manicure (I wanted a new one precisely because that's ugly to see). The texture in general is bad, as you can see in the second picture. They said they didn't have the color I wanted, which was fuchsia. Also, in the picture I showed them as reference the french part wasn't chromed. In addition the attitude of the girl that did it was very rude and she hurt me by being rough.

Quantity over quality. They go as fast as they can to take more clients in; the quality is worse than bad. I ordered classic pedicure and she decided to do Footlogix" which is double price. THIS IS A RIP OFF"

Very bad service. Bad handling of my hand happened through out, The ladies was talking and literally shouting bad for the reason that I couldn’t understand Czech, Most of the staff don’t speak English but while appointment they claim that they will but eventually fail to understand the need and the lady who did my nails was very bad and rude to me ( Lady at counter LUCIE )Twisting my hand pulling very rough, it was real torture to me rather than a good experience.Two staff (LUCIE and TIFFANY) where totally making comments and making me uncomfortable throughout . Such rough handling of nails made my nails brittle. Never ever I recommend this place anymore to anyone. It’s like we need to pay to get awful behaviour from them.

Items were not sanitised and they filed" my nails down (with electric file) so much that they became paper thin and all completely snapped and broke and hurt. It's not professional here. Just good for someone who wants a quick manicure or pedicure and will take the risk of damage or bacteria"

They don’t understand English and the quality to manicure and pedicure is super badThe way there staff talk is super rudeWould not recommend any one hereThis staff is very rude she started yelling at me when I asked for glitter colour

We're nail technician at this salon. That is product we made it for all my clients here. Sometime few clients doesn't have good experience here but that not mean all the co-worker here bad at all. Thx for all comments here coz let us know where the mistakes we made. Hope to see everyone again at salon. Thx all of you . Euro Nail Team .

It really depends on the employee, sometimes they can be very superficial. It happened that they used cold water for the bath, or that they did not the pedicure properly.

Be aware, they might add services that you didn’t request. You will find out about it at the cashier after the service is done. Made me feel stupid. And when I asked why they charged me that much, I was told that the service that I was given was actually better. Oh, I am so mad! Tomorrow will go somewhere else to redo their “better” service. Please do not repeat my mistake. Make sure you pay what you want ahead of time not after, this way you will leave them no chance to cheat you. Or better go somewhere else.

This is the worst place ive been too. I am traveling in Prague and wanted to get my nails done. The lady who did my nails cut my nails so deep into the skin, both my feet and my fingers. I did this yesterday and i am still in pain. Please spare yourself and ur money from coming here. They don’t care about your wellbeing…
