To get someone to pick up a call or get answer on email, extremely difficult. Due to the COVID pandemic, it is mandatory to have a reservation for anything you want. Next available open spot for reservation? In 4 months and 2 days! Solution? Take two days off at work and travel via train, and you can do it faster in Slovakia. Do not forget that you will also have to travel to Slovakia again to pick up the documents, because they do not send them abroad (even to own embassies). Unbelievable!

i just experienced possibly the best customer service of all time, i just wanted to know some visa information for Slovakia and i end up calling embassy of Slovakia in Prague. i was very happy with the customer service they have provided, especially the lady named warderova, this kind of people is an asset to any corporation's, thank you very much
