TLScontact– Visa Application Centre Prague

I chose the self-service and uploaded my documents which was pretty simple and straight forward. The staff were very professional and cleared all my queries with regards to the timeline of visa processing. Thank you and appreciate all the support provided

Small room, everyone is sitting “on each other”. I was waiting in the queue and all the people who came before already were called for a picture while no one called me, and then it appeared to be a system issue that skipped my name. With the price of the service like you have, there should be at least a normal office and technology.Also, during the delivery of my passport, they didn’t put my phone number for DHL so courier couldn’t reach me.I feel like this place is completely amateur

I booked a flexible appointment and paid 100 euro extra for this service . On their website , the timing stated for visa application is 8:30-13:20 however when i arrived at 12:20 , they told me there is an hour long break between 12-1 and made me wait outside without even a seat. This was extremely unprofessional behavior when I have paid a premium price for the stated time . Strongly dis-recommend the staff at this center

Staff at the Prague centre need to be trained. I had a slightly unusual application so I was not sure which bank statement I should send in, but the TLS staff insisted that I would be contacted by the decision making centre if any other documents where required. Turns out this is a lie, you only get one chance to submit. Now I am EUR 1000.00 out of pocket as the application was rejected with no opportunity to appeal (Standard Visitor Application - 10 Years)

The worst experience in my life. We have submitted documents in Prague. After a month of waiting, we received all the necessary permits and came to pick up a vignette, but someone made a mistake in the birth date of the child (one digit). The employees told us that they could not give us a vignette and would send a document to correct the error. At the same time reported that usually it takes a couple of days and they will contact me. No one contacted. A week later I came to the office, nothing is ready. The staff said they would check everything and call me back.  Nobody called back. There is no contacts for communication with them, they do not give any. I am in 200 km from the office in Prague. So in two weeks I visited the office in Prague again, they say that the document (after 4 weeks) is not yet ready, and again they send email to the UKVI with the comment to me that probably the document is ready and waiting for me somewhere.  As a result, we contact UKVI personally, they corrected this error and finally we received the necessary letter from the UKVI. But! TLScontact sends me a letter that we can pick up the document in Warsaw. In Warsaw, Karl!!! We are in the Czech Republic, all the documents were filed in Prague. How does it work? Why you can't tell the real dates of receiving documents, which is not 3-7 business days, but 3-7 weeks. Why not tell people from Ukraine that it will be cheaper and faster for them to pay for your help? And what should we do now? Which country should I visit to receive the document?

They are NOT professional at all, after my decision email from embassy, I was supposed to receive my passport shortly which took 15 weeks!after 8 weeks I contacted tlscontact via email to follow up and they weren’t able to escalate my issue with the embassy and stopped communicating at certain point so I had to contact the embassy directly myself which I got charged for it as well.So definitely I do NOT recommend them!

Bunch of useless unprofessional paper pushers and frankly speaking thieves as well. This is totally unbelievable!! We paid for express application which they claim takes 5 days, extra service for which we paid 300 EUR. 4 weeks in, nothing happened. So just to sum up the TLS service quality and their overall approach, here are some important points:1. They claim that express processing of vis application takes 5 days costing 300 EUR. We paid. Over 20 days after, nothing has been processed. In other words they lie on their website making you pay for something you will not get. Nice.2. Calling them is a nightmare. Voice menu just keeps guiding you from one option to another. No matter what you press you always end up with somebody telling you oh, wrong extension, I gotta reconnect you to a different colleagues. Great!! You mean the colleagues who has just reconnected me to YOU 5min ago?3. Keep in mind that while deliberately stealing your 300 EUR on top of that they also steal from you since every minute of your call to their useless support, or whatever you call it, cost you money from your card. So they screw you up and when you wanna solve it they screw you up some more!4. When you finally reached somebody they tell you they can only escalate the issue, nothing else. The escalation of course means nothing because afterwards again nothing has happened with our visa application, it´s been 5 days again.Long story short: they deliberately misinform you about what product" they deliver

First of all, why are you guys writing here that Friday is open but acturilly no one is there. Then The visa was obtained after 6 weeks, but I waited more than 6 weeks and did not get it Because of you guys mistake I didn't go to the UK because you guys I lost unnecessary expenses And my Ukrainian friend 9th of March and get it 3 weeks ago and I still don't get it. My passport is your guys hands so If don't get it in 1 or 2 weeks I'll talk to a lawyer And he will give fairness and not treat me like you guys do and rasist to me

Hello,I applied for the UK visa with the additional service Keep my Passport" in Prague VAC

Wow! What a legal scam going on here. If you guys go through the review you can see how everyone is frustrated and calling them thieves. Unfortunately it is true and nobody can take any action because we are peasents supposed to follow these stupid rules forced by some foolish government or companie's officialsOfcourse you get your visa but the amount of time, money and efforts spent are not worth for just a tourist visa. I am sure if the UK embassy takes this in their hand directly it would make the process much quick. But unless we have these TLS mediators looting common people this can never improve.I would just suggest not to go for any premium service and stay with the standard procedure.If someone is planning to raise their voice against these companies, count me in.
