High prices, especially pizza. We got cheated on the bill; only found out later, decided not to return to complain. After a few issues in the past, this was the last straw for us, we have decided to never come back.

A restaurant with decent food and good amenities but very unwilling staff, careless and rude. On top of that: YOU CAN'T PAY WITH CARD!!! Not worth the visit. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend at all.

Arrogant and unpleasant waiters. We got 2 tortillas instead of 3. We decided to change our table because there were wasp nest. When waiter saw it he start screaming, like we make a joke on him. After that he just ignored us. Two table from us were sitting some Czech homeless couple who start harassing us because we are Ukrainian. Not recommended!!! this place is overpriced for such garbage service.

What an unfortunate visit we had in Akát restaurant today..I have taken my fiancé and friends to enjoy a lovely dinner in this restaurant, but we have been highly disapointed.After ordering the pizza from the menu we have received oversalted, underbaked bread with dipps - even though we knew that the bread was complimentary we felt that we should mention this to the bar staf. The waitress seemd angry that we have complained and have taken the bread with unfriendly maner.The main course pizza which we have ordered to share between three of us as we weren´t hungry was OK for the price.We were supriced when we have received the receipt which was showing 2 x kuver charge. As per the menu provided to the customer it says Kuver 15

Wonderful place where to go for great food and for good time with children. They have got children chairs, menu, and very nice children corner with balls and slide.Be aware that they don't accept credit card!

A little pricey, reasonably fair-to-deal-with staff, good beer, draught alcohol-free beer (Krušovice), awesome pizza.However, they don't accept payment cards no more - with their prices, that's a star down.

Going to this place was one of the worst choices I made in very long time. Combination of this location (Bystrc district), surroundings (this place neighbours with beer pub outisde which you cannot avoid looking at shirtless winos), places's facilities (train station like bathroom) with super overpriced food (regular Pizza for 250,-) is what makes this place to be crossed out from list of places you want to visit. The prices are completely inadequate to location, food quality and its appearance. If you are around this area in summer, go to Prigl and have a hotdog or langos there. You spend a lot less and experience will likely be much better. Very disappointing.

PROS:- Food is good,- The place itself has a nice view of the dam,- Has a nice kid corner inside,- Outside is also good for kids with those inflatable castles and so onCONS:- Not possible to pay by card,- Terrible service,- Very rude staffA restaurant could have great food and many amenities but, if the staff is unwilling to provide a good service, is rude and careless then it's simply not worth the visit. I've been there 3 times, all of which bad service stood up. I won't go anymore and I won't recommend it at all. Lame as place has good potential.
