going to Douglas to browse through the available products has become a real hassle, there is always someone watching everything you do. went once and 4 different ladies came to ask if I need help, and then the last one came a 2nd time... I hadn't even moved from one perfume stand. this is not normal and extremely annoying.please stop this, it's making people not want to even enter the store. if we need help we can ask for it.

I went there today and was very dissapointed by the customer Service. There was a woman in her 50´s - short hair. I asked her if I try on the make up so I know if it matches my skintone … all she did was to tell me, in a very rude way, that it is not allowed. Instead of offering me further help With my selection of makeup, she Turne D her back to me and ignored me. I was seriously interested in buying something but after this experience I rather walked away and went to Sephora. Ive noticed that I am not the only one with similar experience. She is seriously losing u customers …

Same feedback here, there is a lady in her 50s that looks quite xenofob, as soon as you enter and speak foreign language, which should be kind of expected in most turistic street, she tell you that noone in Douglas speaks english so they cant help you!? Turned out the other 2 lady spoke good english and helped us to find what we were looking for.

Staff are so rude! Staring up and down and rolling eyes, replying in czech even though I spoke to them in English, then finally speaking in english but in a very dismissive manner, each one sending me to go ask another staff member where the product I'm looking for is!I understand not everyone feels comfortable speaking in English, but the center of prague is full of foreigners, and there is no need to be condescending and rude to costumers.I'd recommend any other Douglas branch, but not this one.

RUDE STAFF. Woman in her 50's with short brown hair was extremely rude to me when I was trying on a tester of face cream on the shelf. The face cream had a label on saying TESTER" yet I was spoken to extremely rudely by her not to use it. There were no signs telling people not to use testers. Will not spend my money in there."
