Strongly recommend the real estate agent, Alexandra Kurbanova. She helped us to rent apartment in Prague. Everything was arranged at a highly professional level and as a result we saved effort and money. She suggested options that matched all our requirements and wasn’t covered with a double fee (which is a common situation in Prague, because an agent from the side of landlord would usually charge their fee from a tenant as well). Alexandra understands tenants’ needs and always ready to negotiate them with the landlord. She helped us with necessary renovation to be done by the landlord, negotiated stay of our pet, and handled paperwork. In addition to excellent professional qualities Alexandra is a nice person and ready to help anytime.
