Don´t speak on English at all. Couldn´t repair a SONY Xperia Z1 compact 2 years old and the service center never contact me by email. Strongly Not Recommended!

Some of the tellers are not patient with you, I suppose they might be doing so to English speaking people or the other. I have been buying my phones from them but have not received a better customer service

Helpful, English-speaking staff member who went out of their way to offer but not push extras, including a screen protector I'm so glad I took. Only negative was the minimal info with the models on display.

I like how fast they are with letting you know with current status on your phone. In my case the phone that I gave them to repair, they couldn't do it but still they let me know in two days that it cannot be fixed or it can but it is still to $$$ to do it. They don't speak English that much....phones there are also too $$$ so.....

Darinasv shuold take a customer services course, she has a bad actitud with customers, I believe, it is not good for business, I will avoid to come back, again

One star is more than deserved.Just good to sell you stuff. .But when you want to bring back something.....You need to fill a form. And when you did it. They told about a system problem.3 times the same « problem »For me. It’s the last time in this shop.
